Villa Terms and Conditions
Availability and Use
The accommodation is available as a holiday rental to which the corresponding weekly charge will be applied. Minimum number of nights for making a booking is 7 nights (1 week). Bookings of less than a week are also considered, however, at discretion of the owner. *NB: Prices subject to change at owner's discretion.*
The accommodation is for the sole use of the named person or those numbered on the enquiry form. Any subletting, sharing or over occupation is prohibited, and additional charges will be applied accordingly. If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel your booking, and if the cancellation was through no fault of yours or was not as a result of your breach of contract or breach of any agreement on your part that you may have established with us, we will endeavour to find an alternative property of a similar standard, or will refund in full or in part, depending on circumstances, all monies paid up to that date.
Bookings for Smaller Groups
Prices quoted are for a maximum of four people per week. Discounts available for two people. For groups comprising of three persons, the 4 person rate per week is applied.
Long Term Bookings and Winter Lets
Long term bookings (over 1 month) and long winter lets (up to 4 months) are also available with interesting discounts available, however, special terms and conditions apply.
Villa Reservations
An initial reservation fee of 25% of the total rent is required in order to confirm your booking. Balance to be paid in full, in cash and in euros upon arrival together with a refundable breakages deposit of 150 euros or 130 pounds which will be returned in person on the day of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Additional Equipment and Associated Costs
All utility costs are included in the price. All costs for holidaymaker are included in the final price unless extra equipment is required, for example, baby highchair, baby cot, etc. which is available for hire for a small additional cost.
Forms of Payment
Payment can be made via direct deposit or bank transfer, credit card payment or through PayPal. Payment should be made in euros or your currency equivalent if not in EU, or unless otherwise agreed. All transfer charges must be paid by the person making the booking and, in the case of Paypal, an additional 3% of the total amount must be included in the total amount to be paid. Final payment to be made upon arrival, in full and in euro cash, unless otherwise previously agreed.
Arrival Arrangements
Guests are greeted upon arrival and handed the keys regardless of flight arrival time. However, for late flight arrivals, other services are also offered (see below).
House Rules
Smoking is allowed, but we kindly ask our guests to do so outside only. Dogs are welcome but please enquire first before confirming your reservation. No cats please. For any other pets, please enquire first.
What's Included?
Bed linen and towels included for both weekly and long term rentals. There is a hairdryer available at no extra cost. Beach towels are available for a small fee.
Check-in and Departure Time
Check-in/departure time is 17,00/10,00, respectively, although these times are flexible depending on both your circumstances (flight times) and previous guests' departure time.
Information for Late Arrivals/Early Departures
Bookings are not prejudiced by late flight arrival/departure times. There will always be someone to greet you upon arrival or to see you off on departure no matter what your flight arrangements.
Availability of Swimming Pool
Due to prevailing climatic conditions, the pool is only available as a general rule from April - October. However, this schedule may be modified depending on conditions and guest requirements, so please enquire.
